The third Basingstoke Makerspace AGM will take place on 10 Nov 2020 starting at 7:30pm. All members are welcome to attend. The meeting will review the accounts and vote to elect directors. The schedule leading up to the AGM is as follows:
- 6 – 18 Oct: Members can put themselves forward for election as a director by emailing <elections@basingstokemakerspace.org.uk>
- 20 Oct: The committee will send out a list of all those standing to all members
- 20 Oct – 9 Nov: Members can vote by eMail or nominate proxies
- 10 Nov: The AGM will be held, any members who have not voted by email will be able to vote publicly during the meeting
