The seventh anual general meeting (AGM) of the MakerSpace took place on Thurs 25 Jul 2024 starting at 7:30. All members were invited to attend.
The meeting was held in Maritime house and on-line, the link to join virtually was:

- Year 7 review
- Presentation of the accounts
- Conversion to a charity
- Member Votes
If you are a member and did not recieve the notice of this event please notify a director.
The result of the meeting was:
- Steve Hawtin and Alex Salmon were confirmed as directors
- The Year 7 accounts were approved
- There were 17 votes to become a charity,
37 members have still to vote (6 had only joined recently, so were not eligable to vote at the AGM)
